2nd Batch
Getting serious now. I swear i feel better when i drink this stuff. The big jar is currently on loan, I hit up every place with a salad bar between my house and S. Lamar and found *1* gallon pickle jar. Everything comes in plastic nowadays. My goal is to start 3 Gallons next batch, plus use the small jar as a culture repository/super-concentrated brew for starter in the gallon jugs.
