      This sums it up well! I like the cyclical aspect of this infographic, often people can become so involved with social media engagement strategies that they make the process overly complex. The way I view this graphic, if one generates content and delivers in a target-specific platform then relevant engagement will follow with the "right" people. If the "right" people re viewing the content they are likely to engage with it, share it, and most importantly, advocate it. This process is "continuous" and relates to a term I have coined called "viral specificity." Viral specificity represents the notion that if the right people are seeing your material they will engage with it and advocate it, as a result the networks of these brand champions will view and engage with the material as well, and so on and so on. The notion itself is exponential, the potential reach of target-specific material is limitless and highlights the fact that strategies, community managers and ultimately all digital participants muct be mindful of the content they are creating and the context in which they are placing it. I feel as though connectivity and continuity are direct outcomes of targeted specificity. Anyone agree, disagree or just think I am off altogether? haha
