42/365: iron chef

today we had an iron chef competition with the secret ingredient being chocolate (more pics to follow). we made a chocolate filled puff pastry, with a strawberry puree, and chocolate glaze topping as an appetizer. for the main dish we made a chocolate glazed pork tenderloin.
we lost.
