Mk1 Krap Karrier

When I go out in the field, I like to carry a tripod, WalkStool, some towels to lay on, bunch of other stuff, and of course a big bottle of water. I used to carry all this on my back, but wanted an all-terrain cart to help me schlep stuff.

 

I had only three requirements

 

It had to be cheap; inexpensive; and it could not cost too much.

 

Here is my Mk1 Mod 0 Krap Karrier.

 

1 used golf bag pull cart $10.00

1 bucket (free along side road), or $3.00 if you buy one

1 Bicycle bottle holder $6.00

 

Total for the Mk1 Mod 0 - less than $20.00

 

I also wanted to add on a bucket stuff liner. Don't use the ones designed for tools. Not only are they too heavy, the number of pockets makes each pocket too small for photographic stuff. Fiskars model 9424 garden bucket caddy has just the right number and size for photography stuff. $9.00

 

Total for Mk1 Mod 1 Krap Karrier - less than 30 bucks.

 

I have used this in the field and everything is secure and takes a load off your back. Cart folds up without having to remove any gear.
