Vegetable Beef Stew
I started with a Pasta Fazool Neapolitan Bean Soup mix, I added zucchini, summer squash, garlic, beef soup stock, sweet onion, mild peppers and hot peppers, carrots, peas, green beans, fresh corn sliced off the cob, olive oil, pepper oil, black pepper, adobo seasoning, Sylvia's Soup Food Seasoning, turmeric, hot paprika, diced tomatoes, and stewing beef.
I slow cooked it for about 50 minutes. It was great.
