Rib-eye Steaks - Grilled and Smoked
I marinated the steaks for 8 hours is a sauce I made: tea, Dr. Pepper, 3 BBQ sauces, hot sauce, cayenne pepper powder, crushed red peppers, fresh garlic, dried onions, adobe seasoning, yellow curry, Hungarian paprika, and turmeric (I watch too my of the Food Network). I used mesquite chips for the smoke.
This is my Fourth of July dinner. I gave some to the dogs, also.
