Spicy Vegetarian Stew
I almost over did it with the spices on this pot - and if you have been following my experimental cooking then you know that I like hot and spicy.
I made a stew - sort of. I have a stock made from a can of Thai Green Curry Paste and one small can of coconut milk (to six cans of water). I added an orange bell pepper, carrots, onions, celery, mushrooms. green beans, snap peas, broccoli four different hot peppers, tofu (cubed), salt, and turmeric powder.
It was very good - but very, very spicy.
