"Whatever You Call It" Dinner
I made a big pot of "stuff" to eat over the next few day and to freeze. It has a little port tenderloin and bacon for meat - four different hot fresh chopped peppers, lots of celery, carrots, onion, tomato, cumin, curry, pepper, cayenne, EVOO, snap peas, broccoli, and paprika. And a few other spices.
I'll let it boil down and thicken - it is quite spicy - the way I like it.
