The Start Of Something Hot - Mystery Food

I stir-fried steak in EVOO and Balsamic Vinegar, added lots of curry and spices (Peppers, chilies, cinnamon, cumin, paprika, jamaican jerk - to name a few), Asian vegetables, and then let it reduce down - I have no name for it - I was just cooking up a bunch of stuff I had in the refrigerator.

 

It looked horrible - but when it was cooked down and thickened - it was very tasty and hotter than hell (A little too much spice, but I like spicy food).
