Belize Esri User Conference 2016
The 6th Annual Belize Esri User Conference (BEUC) welcomed over 100 GIS enthusiasts who were ready to learn more about how location intelligence can drive business strategies. This year’s two-day event, hosted at the Belize Best Western Plaza on May 25 and 26, 2016 by Total Business Solutions Limited (TBSL) in collaboration with Esri, provided an opportunity for attendees to expand
their network, listen to new ideas and find alternative ways of thinking about and solving common business and spatial problems.
Keynote speaker, Mrs. Jacqueline daCosta, Chair, Land Information Council of Jamaica and Management, Policy, Land and Planning Consultant, demonstrated in her address the potential which GIS has for government, business and community development. She also highlighted how leaders from every sphere of life use location related tools to improve the quality of people’s lives and the competitiveness of businesses, while fostering sustainable social transformation.
