Jonathan made this for dinner last night & I want to eat it again as soon as possible.
From him, here's the recipe (althought he kind of just made it up as he went along)
-Rub for the chicken: season call, poultry seasoning, chili powder, paprika, onion powder, cayenne pepper.
-Blackenedd the chicken in very hot olive oil
-served with shredded colby-jack cheese, on top of spanish rice. & topped with fresh salsa
