Chandelier at the Palais Garnier

    Newer Older

Surrounded by a reletively modern painting by Marc Chagall, this is the chandelier that terrorises the audience in The Phantom of the Opera. It weighs around eight tonnes so would sadly be unsuitable for my bedroom. Even if I could fit it through the door.

I wish you could get the whole ceiling (whole pic)

      Great work

      Hello Minor keys!

I'm doing a non-lucrative research project for my school about the phantom of the opera and I need some good photos of the chandelier to put in it for explanation about the falling and the fire in 1896.

May I use yours? Credits due, of course.

      Thank you very much
