gentleman's fancy sock

*I had to change the background to black and white, because the color of the socks was really not showing up well with my terra cotta colored tile floors*

Pattern: Gentleman's Fancy Sock from Knitting Vintage Socks by Nancy Bush

Yarn: my own hand-dyed wool/nylon blend sock yarn in Harvest

Needles: 2.5mm Knitpicks DPN

Notes: Since these were for me and not a gentleman, I had to modify the pattern slightly. I cast on 64 stitches instead of what the pattern called for, and didn't bother with any of the calf decreases. I used a regular heel flap, and my prefered round toe. These socks were fun to knit, and I love the finished result.
