Avocado and Black Olive Tapenade

Okay so not a traditional Tapenade exactly but then again, I don't follow recipes very carefully anyway.

1 can of black California olives (pitted of course)

3 avocados

4 cloves of garlic

1/2 a yellow onion

1/2 cup of extra light tasting olive oil

The juice from 1/2 of one lemon

1/4 teaspoon cayenne

1/4 of thyme

Blend all these bad boys up together and spread over slices of freshly toasted baguette


What was left over was refrigerated and will be spread over pasta tomorrow. YUM!! :)
