Easy Parsi Burger Recipe from My Bombay Kitchen - Traditional and Modern Parsi Home Cooking

1 small yellow onion, finely chopped

6 slices peeled fresh ginger, finely chopped

2-4 green chiles, finely chopped (I use one small chile serrano, which is not authentic)

1/2 cup chopped fresh coriander (cilantro) leaves and stems

1/4 cup chopped mint leaves

1 large egg
