Postres 06 - don't remember
been reading up on molecular gastronomy lately and i think i've found a new hobby :)
we ate at Postres restaurant here in Helsinki back in August 06 (NEED to go again ASAP), found these photos and now everything we ate makes sense.
funny how food pairing and all the chemicals you need to make jellies, foam, globular liquid, film, etc can be found on the internets!
i just bought some chemicals..be ready to see some experimental dishes soon ;)
