Sakura Cheese Cake
Before the upcoming season of rhubarb harvest, I had to get rid of the old ones in my freezer. So I made this "rhubarb cheese cake".
The main layer of the cake is in "light green" as there were only greeny stalks available. Juice was though surprisingly lovely pink (as you see it on the top layer), so the idea of decorating it with cherry blossom came to my mind.
