cut some beef (for 2 people I used about 350gr/13oz) in small pieces and put in a bowl with teriyaki sauce. let marinade in the fridge for at least 2 hours.
then put in a pan/wok a few oil and add a cup of soy sprouts
then add 100gr/3.5oz of tofu (previously cutted in small stripes) after 5/6 minutes add the beef.
cook until the meat is ligth brown then add 1 or 2 spoon of teriyaki sauce and keep cooking for few minutes until the tofu is a little darker.
