Chinese New Year Smartphone

Someone stuck their Samsung smartphone in front of me, and shot a video clip of the annual Chinese new year parade, on 7th Street NW in Chinatown, DC.

Ha, this could be an ad for AT&T.

Love the DOF though. :) You had a much better view of the parade than I did!

I'm so short I couldn't see anything, and regretted not bringing my G11 which has a swivel screen so I could have held it over my head. Then, a gap opened and I jumped in there. Got a couple of shots off, then the smartphone joined the party. Hah!
