Best Chili Ever
This was the most delicious chili con carne, ever.
Black beans, red beans, great northern beans, pinto beans, and black-eyed peas, one can of diced tomatoes and chiles with lime and cilantro, another with chipotle peppers
The "carne" part:
Top sirloin (beef) and sirloin pork chops cubed and browned with elephant garlic in bacon grease until caramelized, onions added last so they were still crunchy, and Tabasco-brand chile sauce. Added half of the meat early to soften, threw the other half on top of each bowl, to stay crispy.
