Gallon of Whole Milk for Yogurt

Following my previous yogurt recipe, I scalded this gallon of Alpenrose Whole Milk for yogurt. For the record, on medium heat, it takes about an hour to get up to 185-degree Fahrenheit. I'll have a writeup over at www.FUCheese.com soon.
