I love stuffed bitter gourd with minced meat, shitake, vermicelli in a clear broth....

But these bitter gourd also have a medicinal use. In Turkey, they called "kudret nari". This is used in a turk traditional medecine that I took while we was in Istanbul. I got food poisoning for days so my collegue told me to use this "Kudret Nari" potion. They use the ripe bitter gourd and marinated for months...years in olive oil! They have it in two version: in olive oil (more strengh) and in honey (less powerful).
IT'S WORK! Cheer! And the taste is very very very bad! But It work!!!
