Afternoon lunch/dinner fare:

 

1. A bottle of Panna spring water

2. a demi-carafe of Macon-Villages (house white)

3. Steak Tartare

4. Moules Frites Au Pernod

5. Pastis Pork Milanese with a Spinach and Portabello Salad

 

The steak tartare was fresh and fantastic. The pork Milanese was served with a rich brown butter sauce and delicious (there must have been veal stock in it or something), but the moules frites was the runaway winner - the broth with the Pernod was the best!
