As you can see from the colours in the clouds, the light had a very strange feel to it this evening, I had decided to play a little Project 365 chicken and hold out for a nice sunset this evening as we had some great clouds throughout the day. unfortunately the sunset was a bit of a “damp squip” with lots of low level wispy clouds not really giving any definition, it did however seem to flood a very golden light over the top of it illuminating the clouds all around. This is the rather delightful view that we get from our living room window, I have used it before back in February (click here) and it is remarkable how much it changes as the year progresses, I had to take this picture from a tad further to the left as the field in front of us is now full of 3m tall maize.

On the new camera update, well there is no update it left Nuremberg at 3am this morning headed for Budapest, as of 11pm this evening it was still in transfer, so my guess is it is travelling by Trabbant ;)
