Bundles for Tom Yam
Bundles of takhrai (lemon grass), bai makrut (kaffir lime leaves) and kha (galangal) are obviously meant for a tom yam. To the right is phak chi farang which is "stink weed" or "long leaf cilantro" used as a fresh vegetable or to give fragrance to foods.
