    Dream Theater - Innocence Faded

So why the song? Well its simple - when we were kids McDonalds was cool, it was the place you wanted to go - you were just so popular if your birthday party was at McDonalds.

We were raised on this sort of thing- the benevolent corporate clown that sold us hamburgers and yet behind the mirror we now discover a giant conglomerate bent on domination through any tactic it can find.

Thats why. And I thought it fits perfectly with the faded sign, like the reputation of the company the sign has seen better days.

Now Cue gnashing of teeth and "so its just another mcdonalds sign" comments.. Bring em on, open your mind for once.

Love it. That Brisbane sun can do some damage though!

what's the matter here? By the time your photo reached California I'm not seeing any fading. It looks bright and disgustingly perky to me..

Well, when I was a kid there was no MacDonalds in town. That's probably part of the reason why I'm a healthy adult... ;)
