From our trip to Maine in 2008 - a delicious bowl of crab bisque from The Lobster Claw on West Street in Bar Harbor. Maine. When we asked the proprietor whether he had any lobster bisque, he said, "No, and after you try my crab bisque you won't want any lobster bisque." He was right.
