Main Course-Sous Vide Bison Steak

Prepared sous vide, in a bag in a bath of water for 30-45 minutes at approx 150 F and then fried in a pan for about a minute a side to give a crust texture for some variance, this was the best steak I had ever eaten. I had cut them off a sirloin tip roast earlier in the day, and haven eaten steak cut this way before(or should I say having chewed them for hours) I felt this was the best way to test sous vide's abilities, they were the most tender, succulent, and easy to cook steaks I have ever prepared.
