Pasta Casserole
Made a sauce with ground beef and sausage, tomato puree, diced tomatoes, fresh garlic, shallot, basil, oregano, a jalapeno, and some olive oil. Then boiled some mini penne noodles, and combined the whole thing with lots of mozzarella and parmesan, topped it off with the rest of the cheese, and baked it for 10 minutes in the oven to finish.. mMmm?
