I think this is the facade for the Dark Church, Goreme, Cappadocia, Turkey

The Goreme Open-Air Museum, located in Capadoccia, Turkey, is a UNESCO World Heritage Site and very impressive - both for the lunar landscape and houses and churches cut into the rocks. The paintings in the churches - over 1,000 years old, are very impressive. Goreme is definitely worth a trip to see. I took this photo in October 2008.
