Oat and Goat

My special sandwich. Fresh "dark" oat bread (baked fresh every day at my nearby grocery store), with tomato slices, goat cheese (chèvre, actually a version called chevrette), and balsamic vinegar, which makes it lot messier and tastier. Sometimes I add a little olive oil, too.

 

Not bad with a cabernet, either.
