Dragon Roll from Sushi Taisho
This is the Dragon Roll from Sushi Taisho in Carlsbad, CA. It has an entire eel on the top, avacado, crab and shrimp tempura inside. The design of this one is especially well done. Cucumber legs, carrot antennae (or ears), octopus suckers for eyes, a shrimp tempura for a tongue and greens coming out of his mouth as fire. The sauce around the plate was extremely hot... some sort of chile sauce... and there are about one dozen pieces to this roll. Amazing.
