Heart Eggs

I'm determined to get the egg to look like a heart. My first attempt was more like a blob, but tasted good. So, I've used the cookie cutter as a mold. It's not there yet as the toast was a little bit dark underneath, but almost.


Make sure to butter the cookie cutter inside and out, run your knife around it on both sides after it's done cooking, and be careful - it gets hot!
