I'm in the process of marking Year 10 exams but would much rather be perusing this Sainsbury's magazine as I'm intrigued by whoopie pies and want to have a go sometime.
At the moment, each exam paper is taking me about 15 minutes to mark which is seriously getting me down. I have 28 pupils in one class, 10 in the other, and I simply don't have that many hours!! Need a new system. I love teaching English but hate the marking load which is unbearable. Years 7-9 are doing exams next week, so of course they will need marking not long after. Gah! *tears hair out*
