Pizza Napoletana - Duck confit, goat cheese, and "Maddalena Chutney"

We froze four portions of Pizza Napoletana dough from our first try at this recipe, and pulled them out the day before the Giant Meringue Party so that we could make pizzas for the girls. The girls made their own variations on tomato and cheese pizza (including one all tomato with no cheese and another all cheese with no tomato), while M and I made this version for ourselves.
