Lamb Stew with Indian spices
This is a stew made of coconut milk flavoured with cardamom, cinnamon and fennel along with other spices. It is very popular in the Indian state of Kerala. Kerala has a vast diversity of food due to the influences from various cultures and religions thanks to the spice trade.
