2012 Peru emergency

In 2012, Peru was affected by a sever rainy season that brought floods and landslides across the country. Some rivers' water levels broke records from levels recorded in the last two decades. This image shows a woman from Apurimac department (Grau Province) who had to move to a provisional shelter after a landslide destroyed all her belongings. Contributing to the set up of temporary shelters is part of ECHO's response when a disaster occurs.
