A Helpless Moment
The San Jose Vector Control Agency was spaying pesticide to kill mosquitos this morning in the Don Edwards National Wildlife Refuge. But I missed the press release, I clicked away as the helicopter circled and started its spraying run. Then right about here, I realized that I could not get out of the way. The chopper was closing to fast and the spray area was too wide for me to get out of the way. I kept shooting and just before it got to me the pilot pulled up to circle for the next run. The berm where I was standing was the far edge of his run.
