My favorite non-landscape shot from the Japan trip, taken at the Kyoto railway museum.
I had taken this shot without thinking, it appeared like he was walking down memory lane. He spotted me and came over to look at the photo. He also mentioned a bit about himself (basic English) - he had served with the railway for most of his life and had seen the evolution of the basic trains of yore to the more advanced bullet trains of today. I thought this represented his tenure well. He didn't ask for the photo though. The place does look a bit wonky with the tilted ceiling.
