Dessert #1: Chocolate, Chevre and Salt

"Bittersweet chocolate-chianti cream, chevre, black pepper gastrique, toasted hazelnuts, cocoa crepe." The menu description forgot to mention the salt crystals, which proved a bit much for some diners...and was too bad, since the chocolate creme and hazlenuts mixed nicely.
