salmon & dill fishcakes

Nigel Slater strikes again, again. Salmon and fresh dill and not much else, whizzed in the food processor and shallow fried in olive oil. Hot crunchy mange-tout and freshly baked ciabatta on the side, with a yoghourt/dill/mustard dressing. A Bickensohl Grauer Burgunder to wash it down. Heaven on Earth.
