Christmas Day. Duck in Madeira sauce with carrot & celeriac puree, peas, buttered baby corn, pommes Duchesse. Preceded by watercress soup, followed by Christmas pudding and brandy butter (or chocolate pudding for the dissenters). Rachel makes the crackers :-)
