In fact it was underdone so it had to go and have a quick nuke in the microwave - two fish in the same parcel slow things down a lot! (If I did it again I'd put them in separate parcels!!) But it was delish when done. The roesti were spot-on, TISSM, and I shall experiment further with the salsa verde - once again, thanks, Ben!
