After clumsily smashing this beautiful lens down onto the pavement with my usual subtlety, I was afraid it would no longer be far so good.

Although the filter ring is so dented now it won't ever hold another filter. I guess the fact that it's all metal and glass 60's construction that saved me from having to buy another one.

I'm loving the Soooper contrast available in Superpan - and its refreshing to be shooting with fresh film!

Fred Walker Thanks and yes due to its sturdy construction its still going. 7 days later I dropped my Takumar 35mm/ƒ2 onto the cement (yeah I'm that awesome) and so far so good it appears ok too except for the huge dent in the lens cap (:-/)
