Teriyaki Beef Sushi
My second go at making sushi. This is a really good recipe. Chose a nice expensive rump steak for this recipe, cooked it in teriyaki stir fry/marinade sauce. Sushi rice was sprinkled with sushi seasoning - didn't even know there was such a thing, definitely would not have found that at Marsh in Indianapolis (I LOVE Sydney!). Super tasty, super easy, will definitely be making these again.
Lighting is off, as I use natural lighting for my photos and it's been cloudy and rainy the past couple days! Grr!
