Lemon Myrtle Coconut Cupcake
A lemon myrtle-spiced coconut cupcake that has been moistened with a drizzle of lemon myrtle sugar syrup, then frosted in coconut cream cheese frosting and coated in shredded coconut.
Oh, and the lemon myrtle? I just picked my own leaves from the lemon myrtle tree in our front yard! :)
