the oldest brick Mosque in Austalia (1855?) heritage listed
ie protected by the Australian government, one minarette remains to be rebuilt
built by the Afghan cameleers brought to Australia by the British soon after it's founding....
..the offspring of these camels now number between 250 000, to 300 000 generally westward from this point
