gardien with mushroom gravy and my special pasta salad

We can't get enough of my special pasta salad. It's sooooo good. Before I get to that though, the patties are chicken fried (thrice breaded) gardien protein with mushroom gravy. Recipe for the pasta salad.

 

1lb tri-color bowtie pasta

2-3 tablespoons of veganese

1 teaspoon mustard

4 shakes of some good basalmic vinegar

1 can of corn (or fresh)

1/2 bag of frozen green peas

1/2 bag of broccoli slaw makings (this is jullianed broccoli stalks)

dash of garlic powder

dash of salt

dash of pepper

a dozen pickles chopped fine

spalsh of vinegar

splash of pickle juice

dash of onion powder

 

Boil Pasta until done, not aldente

While Pasta boils, mix all other ingredients together

 

I heavily salt the pasta water to give the pasta flavor and I boil the pasta until it's done so it won't suck up so much of the fixins

 

Pour the pasta into the large boil with all other ingredients and start turning everything through. If it's too dry add veganese. If it's too wet just sit it aside.... the pasta will absorb some of the liquid.

 

Amazingly good.
