This 7,5% abv beer is based on the God Jul recipe, matured with spruce and blended with a wild forest cranberry "lambic".
It poured pitch black with a huge tan head. Fruity aroma of cranberries, with notes of sweet malts. Creamy mouthfeel. Complex flavors, mixing a slight sour taste from the berries and wild yeast with the sweet malt notes and bitter roasted character. Great stuff!
