India Pelican Ale

This beer is an IPA, of course an India Pale Ale, at 7,5% abv. It poured a hazy golden brown color with a big white head. It's a very hopped beer with bitter resiny aroma, a dry mouthfeel and an explosive hop flavor. Except for a brief malty start, it's the hops that dominates this beer to the bitter end.
